What you'll do

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department in managing recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of HR policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation. Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements. Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information. Organize training sessions, workshops, and company events. Manage employee exit formalities, including clearance and documentation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Administration. Knowledge of recruitment processes, labor laws, and HR best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Preferred Skills Experience with payroll and attendance management systems. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good analytical and reporting skills.
